How It Works
Service Questions
We use a truck-mounted system that sprays high-pressure hot water (200°F+) combined with an eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solution into each bin. The process cleans, sanitizes, and deodorizes both the interior and exterior of your bins. All wastewater is captured and disposed of properly — nothing goes into the street or storm drains.
We clean your bins on your regularly scheduled trash pickup day, after the trash has been collected. You don't need to be home — just leave your empty bins at the curb and we'll take care of the rest.
No. As long as your bins are accessible at the curb after trash pickup, we'll handle everything. We'll return your bins to where we found them once the cleaning is complete.
Each bin takes approximately 3–5 minutes to fully clean, sanitize, and deodorize.
Yes. We clean all standard curbside bins — trash, recycling, and yard waste containers.
We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning agents that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Combined with 200°F+ pressurized water, this kills 99.9% of bacteria without harsh chemicals.
Plans & Scheduling
Subscription Questions
We offer three plans:
- Monthly — $19.99/bin/month. Cleaned once per month on your trash day.
- Quarterly — $39.99/bin/quarter. Cleaned once every three months.
- One-Time — $59.99 for a single deep clean (includes 2 bins).
Additional bins are $5 each on any plan.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
No contracts. Monthly and quarterly plans are pay-as-you-go. Cancel anytime with no fees or penalties.
Yes. Additional bins are $5 each per cleaning, regardless of your plan.
Payments
Billing & Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. Billing is handled automatically based on your plan schedule.
Monthly plan customers are billed at the beginning of each month. Quarterly customers are billed at the start of each quarter. One-time cleanings are charged at the time of booking.
If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll either re-clean your bins or issue a credit toward your next service.
Scheduling Details
Service Day Questions
If your trash pickup is delayed (e.g., due to a holiday), we'll adjust our schedule accordingly. If we can't reach your bins, we'll contact you to reschedule.
Light rain doesn't affect our cleaning process. In the case of severe weather (thunderstorms, tropical storms), we'll reschedule your cleaning to the next available day at no extra charge.
If your bins aren't at the curb when we arrive, we won't be able to clean them that cycle. We recommend setting a reminder on your phone for trash day. If this happens on a subscription plan, the cleaning will roll to the next scheduled date.

Safety & Environment
Yes. All products we use are non-toxic, biodegradable, and completely safe for pets, children, and plants. Your bins are also rinsed thoroughly as part of the process.
All wastewater is captured in our truck-mounted tank system. None of it enters the street, gutters, or storm drains. We dispose of wastewater in full compliance with local environmental regulations.
No. We rely on heat and water pressure to do the heavy lifting. Our cleaning solution is plant-based, biodegradable, and free of bleach, ammonia, and other harsh chemicals.
